mcp-use v2 rebuilt from scratch for stateless 2026-07-28 MCP spec

MCP 2026-07-28 removes protocol-level sessions. Here is what changed in mcp-use v2, what we learned while rebuilding it, and what it enables for Manufact Cloud.
