I rebuilt the only parts of my IDE I use

in Rust, over a weekend. Fast native Git client and side-by-side diff editor for macOS and Linux — hunk staging, 3-way merge, commit graph, and a Claude Code agents view across git worktrees. GPU-rendered, written in Rust. Friday after work I realised that 90% of my IDE time now is just the commit/diff view — and even good IDEs feel heavy for that.
