I was tired of ROS2

so I rewrote it in Rust. Fastest Robotics Runtime System. If phones have Android, robots deserve HORUS. Every once in a while, I hear developers complain about how working with ROS2 frustrates them, or students who find the barriers to understanding ROS2 too high.
