Bulk Creation of Transcripts from YouTube Playlists with Whisper

Easily take an entire YouTube playlist and turn it into high quality transcripts using Whisper. I know there are various tools that are supposed to make this easy, but I couldn't find anything that did everything I wanted, so I made this today for fun.
