PixRater+

Cull and rate your photos faster. PixRater+ makes it easy to review, rate, and organize your images with keywords. All data is processed entirely locally on your device. With no account requirements, tracking, ads, or cloud connectivity, your photos and metadata stay under your control. The modern user interface provides practical tools for a streamlined and efficient photo workflow. RAW and JPEG pairs are automatically treated as a single image, keeping related shots together and preventing them from appearing as separate entries in your selection. Rate your images with a 1 to 5 star rating system or mark them as accepted or rejected to sort your collection quickly and easily. Automatic focus detection for faces and Focus Peaking help you assess image sharpness. On-device AI detects people and suggests relevant keywords. You can customize the keyword catalog to suit your personal photo organization workflow. For additional flexibility, PixRater+ includes a local MCP server that lets you connect your own AI tools. Batch processing makes it easy to handle multiple files in a single operation. PixRater+ writes ratings and keywords directly into your image files using the established EXIF, IPTC, and XMP metadata standards. XMP sidecar files are also supported. Your information stays with your photos and travels with them when you move your collection to another device. Your photos remain portable and independent of PixRater+ or any specific vendor. You can also rotate images without loss of image quality. PixRater+ is ideal for anyone who wants to keep their personal photo collection organized, select their favorite images, and enrich their photos with meaningful keywords. By storing metadata directly in your files, PixRater+ keeps your image information with your collection and gives you full control over your data. Note: PixRater+ is intended for personal use only. Commercial or professional use is not permitted. PixRater is a fast, 100% local photo culling tool.
